Order Processing

All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. EZENTI ships via UPS within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days depending on destination. UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. EZENTI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through UPS at ups.com.
