RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at orders@byezenti.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and next steps
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Worm items
● Washed items
● Items without tags
● Items outside the 7-day window

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
● EZENTI reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
● Customers must contact EZENTI customer support before sending any return or exchange request.
● Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
● Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to personal preference or change of mind.
● Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
● All defective item claims are subject to inspection and approval by EZENTI.
● If an order is lost in transit or the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, EZENTI may, at its discretion, provide either a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method. Outside of these circumstances, refunds are not offered.
● Due to the limited nature of EZENTI releases, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or approved size exchanges.
