Returns & Exchanges

We want every EZENTI piece to meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help within the guidelines below.

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@byezenti.com before sending your item.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by EZENTI.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately 7 days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by EZENTI.

When approved, EZENTI may, at its discretion, provide either a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to personal preference or change of mind.
Due to the limited nature of EZENTI releases, all sales are considered final except for approved size exchanges or verified manufacturing defects.
EZENTI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
